NOTICE FOR THE ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE-2025-26
 GEMS ASSOCIATION,   G.S.V.M. MEDICAL COLLEGE, KANPUR
    The Election Chairman will conduct the election for the following posts:
    (a) President: One
    (b) Vice President: Three
      1: One Vice President will be from countries other than India (Overseas)
      2: One Vice President will be from outside Kanpur but from within India.
      3: One Vice President will be from kanpur.
    (c) Secretary: One
    (d) Treasurer: One
    (e) Member of Executive Committee: Eighteen
The dates for the various phases of the General Election of the Executive Committee shall be as follows:
  • Last date of reaching the Nomination form to the Chairman, Election Committee shall be 15 Feb., 2025.
  • The last date for withdrawal of nomination shall be 25th Feb., 2025.
  • Ballot papers shall be dispatched (if required) immediately after the expiry of the date of withdrawal of nomination.
  • The last date for receiving back the ballot Papers by the Chairman Election Committee shall be 15th March, 2025
  • The counting of votes shall be 20th March, 2025.and result shall be declared on 31st March, 2025.
